MP congratulates local lottery grant winners

BigLotteryFundLocal MP Malcolm Bruce has congratulated clubs and organisations in his constituency on the announcement of the latest grants by the Big Lottery Fund and SportsScotland under their Access for All scheme.

Mr Bruce has written to the Beaton Public Hall Trustees, the Aberdeen Synchronised Skating Club, Cairnie Memorial Hall Committee and the Greenbrae School PTA to congratulate them on securing a total of £33,726 in funding.

Speaking Mr Bruce said:

"The four projects in my constituency which have received grants will all have an impact in serving their local communities by improving facilities for residents and particularly by promoting a healthier lifestyle for younger people in Aberdeen.

I wish the Aberdeen Synchronised Skaters, Greenbrae School as well as Beaton and Cairnie Halls all the best with their respective projects and will continue to offer my support in any way I can."
