Members of the Women's Land Army & Women's Timber Corps who served during either the First or Second World Wars are eligible to apply for a WLA badge. Badges will be awarded to surviving members as of 6 December 2007 and unfortunately will not be able to be awarded to spouses or families of deceased members, except where death has occurred after 6 December 2007. Please note this badge is issued by the Government's Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) If you are a constituent and believe you are eligible please complete this interactive PDF form which may be completed on screen and printed. You will not usually be able to save changes to the form using the Adobe Acrobat Reader but you will be able to print the form. 1. Fill in the form onscreen, using the tab key to move your cursor from one section to the next. 2. Print the form once you've filled it in and send it by post to me at Malcolm Bruce MP
